This is Andrew, Jason, and Vickie together on Thanksgiving. We don't have family pictures together very often so I'm glad to have these.

Thanksgiving was wonderful! I was really depressed the day after and still struggling. Stephanie and Stacey have been here all day making Christmas cards. That didn't even cheer me up. Trent is a sleepy little tyke but Ashlyn was a ball. Had so much fun with her. Hope everyones day was good. Christopher came over yesterday. It was so nice to see him. Hope he comes over more often.

Help!! This has been changed and I don't know how to fix it. I've been trying to make some changes like Jamie did to hers. It is so cute and I would like to do something different too. Anyone know how to do it??My mind is racing trying to prepare for thanksgiving and clean and be ready with the food. I am having an ECT the day before and I don't know how I am going to be feeling. Hopefully I can settle down a little.

Grandma times 2

I now have 2 grandchildren. Brian and Jamie got a boy named Trent James Smiley. TJ for short. He is big, chubby and cute as a button. Maybe the time will come when we can watch both the monkey and TJ. Right now all that matters is that he is healthy.

It is so sad to realize one has nothing to add that is of any interest to anyone.There is just nothing worthwhile today. Maybe tomorrow well be better.

I woke up this morning dreaming that the new baby was being born and it was 3:01pm. Guess I'll have to wait and see if I have any phsycic abilities. Jamie wasn't feeling too well yesterday and Brian and Ashlyn have a cold. They will have to be careful around the new baby. I'm sure all will be well.
I locked myself out of the house yesterday which also includes the car. I was going to run a few local errands before Stacey got here. So I just sat outside and waited for her to get to my house. It was such a beautiful day.It made me think of mary and how much she would have enjoyed it too.

I received the nicest card with a beautiful saying in it from a friend in the ward. It was a condolence card for my Dad's death. I wanted to share it with you.

Peacefully, sleep comes to a dear beloved heart.
Quietly, we understand the time has come to part.
Tenderly, the love shines on - a never-ending light.
Gratefully, we feel its warmth and say -
"Sweet Dreams....Good Night"

FYI

Spoke to the doctor. They didn't do anything different. I'm experiencing a muscle reaction that will probably continue with the rest of my treatments. Oh boy!

ect's

I had an ect yesterday and usually the only problem I have after them is a splitting headache. This time every muscle in my body is painful. I think that the doctor either increased the current or the anesthesiologist forgot to give me the muscle relaxant during the treatment. According to the doctors and my family they think that the treatments are working but only short term. I am having one every 3 weeks. I have been very blessed to have such a supportive family. I am also thankful for my Savior who has stood beside me every day. One day I will list all the things I am grateful.

My sister

I talked to my sister Kittie yesterday. She lives in AZ. It has been a long time since I have seen her and I do really miss her. She and her daughter, Laurie started a business almost a year ago. It is called candlescardsandmore.com. The have a kiosk in a local mall. It has been a lot of work and they are not to the point of being wholly successful. For that they have another year or two. I wish I has a picture to post on here.
